Good morning Las Vegas! Welcome to Mortgage Matters.

Roland Daniels
0:00:36
I'm your host, Roland Daniels, a certified mortgage advisor with Geneva Financial. My NMLS number is 355-859. Company NMLS number is 42056. And I'm here this morning as always with my co-host and partner Heidi Griffith. Good morning Heidi. Hey good morning. Happy

Heidi Griffith
0:01:05
Sunday Roland. Happy Sunday. Happy Sunday to everybody. I'm Heidi Griffith. I'm also a Mortgage Advisor and your Director of Client Services. My NMLS number is 224-7754. Quick shout out to our amazing engineer Wes in the studio making the magic happen. As always. So Roland, can you believe that the holidays are just a couple days away? It really is. Christmas is just three days away. Man, man, what a great time of year, right? Right. So we hope everyone is able to spend time with family, celebrate, and enjoy the holidays. And for those of us who are thinking about the next year, we have some exciting home

Roland Daniels
0:01:45
buyer education classes coming up in January.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:01:49
We do. We do. I think that this is going to be a great start of the year. We start with our first monthly workshop, right? That's with CPLC. They're HUD certified counselors.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:01:58
That's going to be on January 4th. That's a Saturday. That class runs from 8 a.m. excuse me 8 30 a.m. right doors open a little bit prior to. Yep starts at 8 30. And it's over at 3 p.m. but that class although a long class we know that it covers everything. It does. There's HUD certified counselors there that talk about budgeting and they talk about credit and they talk I mean really there there's no stone

Rhonda Tolbert
0:02:20
that's left unturned in this class. And I think it's one of the best first-time homebuyer classes

Heidi Griffith
0:02:24
out there. It truly is, it truly is. And you do the mortgage

Rhonda Tolbert
0:02:27
portion, right? I do. And you talk about all kinds of things including down

Roland Daniels
0:02:30
payment assistance. Yes, we have about 16 different down payment assistance

Rhonda Tolbert
0:02:34
programs. 16 different programs to get folks into homes. We do. Absolutely. And then we've actually got a class that I'm super excited about. That class is going to be on Monday, January 13th. That's going to be held at the Whitney Library. That's going to be like Tropicana and Boulder Highway. That's going to be alongside Nevada Rural Housing. It's with Kevin Hickey. And I know that Nevada Rural sometimes scares people when they think about using down payment

Rhonda Tolbert
0:02:57
assistance because it doesn't sound like something that we can actually use here in Vegas. Right, but we can. There are specific areas in the city that can utilize this down payment assistance program. And unlike a lot of the down payment assistance programs that are available in Clark County.

Heidi Griffith
0:03:13
Yeah, what do they go up to?

Roland Daniels
0:03:14
$165,000.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:03:16
So your household could make $165,000

Heidi Griffith
0:03:19
and still qualify for it.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:03:20
They'll be eligible.

Heidi Griffith
0:03:21
Yeah, yeah.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:03:22
So that's gonna be a class as well. We'd love for you to come out. We've got a couple other classes lined up. I know that we've got one with Nevada Housing. That's gonna be towards the end of the month. And then we're gonna actually have another online class.

Heidi Griffith
0:03:33
We're still working on those dates and times

Rhonda Tolbert
0:03:34
and all that good stuff.

Roland Daniels
0:03:35
Right. So if you have any questions or would like to register for any of the upcoming classes, feel free to reach out. We are at 702-210-2057. That's 702-210-2057. We have a really good show lined up today. We're excited.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:03:50
We have two amazing humans in studio with us, don't we? We do. We do. So we've got Rhonda Tolbert, and we've got Janet Zambrano with Nevada Clean Energy Fund. Ladies, welcome! Thank you. I am so excited that you guys are here. Thank you for coming. Welcome to the show. They're going to share some incredible information about programs that Nevada Clean Energy offers families in Nevada. They're going to save some money, improve their homes, and create some opportunities, right? Yes. Who are we going to start with? Rhonda, you want

Rhonda Tolbert
0:04:22
to talk to us? Yeah, you know, I'm always game for it. I've known Rhonda for a minute. Rhonda used to be with Nevada Housing Division. She was my go-to. And now with Nevada Clean Energy Fund.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:04:33
You are my go-to.

Heidi Griffith
0:04:34
I'm still your go-to.

Heidi Griffith
0:04:35
That is right.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:04:36
Thank you for being here today. Thank you so much for having Janet and I, and I'm excited to – I'm always excited to talk about how a household can cut their energy significantly with better insulation and more efficient air conditioning, heating, solar. These measures are something that we are here to help people install, but we know that those installations come with upfront money, and so that's what we are here to do to provide that kind of

Rhonda Tolbert
0:05:01
discount. Just as a, I know I was here before, but as a refresher for those who haven't spoken with me or heard me with Heidi and Roland, the Nevada Clean Energy Fund is a non-profit organization that supports a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. So we are here to help people with that bottom line of that assistance. I think that's wonderful.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:05:26
And you guys were in the studio, you had Will with you last time. Yes. Today you brought Janet because I heard she has some really good stuff to talk about. Let's talk about what you do first and then we'll go because I know that we're going to talk about solar, aren't we, Janet? Yes, we're talking about solar and some good news for the community. That's awesome. Let's kind of address what you do first because you and I have had some great conversations about how you're helping people,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:05:50
not just with air conditioning, but a lot of stuff, right? Exactly. So tell me what you guys do and why it's beneficial if I'm a homeowner and maybe I have an AC that goes out or a hot water heater or something like that. Tell me how Nevada Clean Energy is going to help me. Yes, most definitely. We fill the gap. We offer unsecured loans at affordable rates for air conditioning, heating, heat pumps, insulation, roofing, solar, and more.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:06:19
And what's nice about our programs is that residents qualify based on their ability to pay rather than their credit score. So we're looking at budget-based financing. So that's a new term for a lot of people, but it's one that we want to get really locked in on the psyche.

Heidi Griffith
0:06:35
So that's budget-based financing. Yeah.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:06:38
Okay, so what is the credit criteria? So what we're looking for is we're looking to make sure that someone has some disposable income, that the household has disposable income, and we're wanting to make sure that they're not late on any of their other lines of credit. So we fill that gap for those that are not able or eligible to get the resources that are available from the state weatherization departments and the grants, but yet they don't

Rhonda Tolbert
0:07:02
have the credit to be able to follow a traditional pathway to financing. So by us filling that gap, what we're able to do is we're able to offer these lower rates for these people and with extended terms. So we really try to help those people. And we've been very good at helping people lately. A lot of people are getting through the pipeline,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:07:21
and we have some testimonials that we've been getting out in the ether. So it's just been really personally self-satisfying, but also I'm glad that we're able to make this headway for the Nevada Clean Energy Fund organization itself. Yeah, like I said, we've talked in great detail. When Will was on the show, he gave us a lot of really good information.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:07:40
So in a nutshell, now we know that you're kind of that middle financing, you know if you don't have perfect credit this is kind of where you fit in right? What kind of stuff do you guys do? Because I know we've talked about air conditioning, we've talked about water heaters right? You'll even do our heat pumps especially if you're up north, that kind of stuff. What about, when we talk about weatherization, you know, let's do that. What is weatherization? What does that look like? To weatherize your home is to really get your home in a place where it can save you money from

Rhonda Tolbert
0:08:13
all angles. So windows, doors, insulation, and we do have a new program that's going to be coming up called an Energy Audit Program. Now I know people are familiar with the one that Nevada Envy Energy offers. Or maybe not, but yeah. That's true, if you're not familiar. They do a quick little walkthrough assessment. Well, our audit program is gonna be

Rhonda Tolbert
0:08:33
a little bit more extensive than that, where they actually bring in a blower and try to figure out where those weak spots are within the home that we can button up to save you some money. Now, this program will have a cost to it.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:08:45
However, if you finance whatever upgrade is needed, then we will waive that cost for the audit itself. So if you had new windows put in or a new heat pump or whatever. Exactly. And so you mentioned that there's a cost. If someone wasn't able to have the installation performed, what would then the conditions be to have that incentive forgiven?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:09:06
Right. When we look at them and when they've done the audit and then they go out and try to do the financing or get that upgrade done, if they're not able to do that, then we will go ahead and evaluate that particular situation for us to still go ahead and waive that audit cost.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:09:21
Oh, okay. Yeah, because we're not trying to put in a barrier for people, we want to make it accessible and easy for people to access and navigate the products that we have.

Roland Daniels
0:09:31
And what is the typical cost of an audit?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:09:34
At this point, I haven't gotten that information. I'll have to circle back with you on that one because I am not quite sure what the cost will be once we get it streamlined. Have you heard anything about that, Janet? I believe it is about, it all depends on the auditor, but I believe it is between $500

Roland Daniels
0:09:48
to $1,000.

Heidi Griffith
0:09:49
And they are going to come in and they are really looking. So you are having like an inspection done for your property. They are probably checking the batting in the attic or crawl space, the window shills. Yeah, okay. So they are doing all of that, but it really it's important I know that and it's really an important step when we start talking about home ownership

Heidi Griffith
0:10:08
Because number one there's cost associated with home ownership, right? You don't just get to move in because there's no landlord to call if something happens in your home And unfortunately things do happen and you know in Vegas, obviously AC is probably going to be the biggest one But I think even bigger than that, and what Nevada Clean Energy is doing, is it really is wise to have,

Heidi Griffith
0:10:29
for lack of a better term, a tight house, a house that's sealed well and protected so that you are then saving money on those utility costs. Because if you do have leaky windows or your door, that kind of stuff, it's gonna cost you more money. You're gonna pay Nevada Energy more money.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:10:47
Because that's just money going out, just streaming out of the house.

Heidi Griffith
0:10:51
Right, right. So day-to-day, what is it that you do, Rhonda?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:10:55
So day-to-day, we mostly talk to contractors. Contractors will, if there's somebody that they've done an inspection for, if they've gone to their home and they can't provide the service, then they'll have that person complete an application, which comes over to our system, and then we'll reach out to the person to obtain their documents. Kind of a little bit like what you enroll and do when you get their tax

Rhonda Tolbert
0:11:15
return income if they're, you know, working as a 1099. If they're employed, we want the last two months of their income. We want to also have them give us their ID and then the most the most recent 12 months of energy bills. And that is going to be for any program we do, whether it's solar or AC or a roof, any of that, we still need the last 12 months of their energy. And that's because we need to see the utilization on that

Rhonda Tolbert
0:11:42
and also for the greenhouse gas initiative that the government is starting to navigate through. So we just want to have those numbers ready so that we can take a look and see where they are and then circle back at the end of it and see how the savings and how that savings

Rhonda Tolbert
0:11:57
is bringing down those greenhouse gas effects. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, it's pretty neat. It's a really good program. And what we do is we get that information funneled over to an underwriter and then the underwriters are the ones that will let us know

Rhonda Tolbert
0:12:08
if that financing is a thumbs up or if they're going to have a get a co-borrower. We try to do as much as possible before any kind of denial is given. It's the automatic denial that they have like recent bankruptcy that they're currently in. So if they're in bankruptcy repayment or restructuring, then we wouldn't be able to move forward and then if they have recent delinquencies on any of their lines of credit, that is something also that we would immediately do a denial for.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:12:36
But we do ask for a co-borrower to strengthen that application because we want to do all that we can to see what we can do to get them on to the next phase of the process.

Heidi Griffith
0:12:45
So you can use a co-borrower and they don't have to be tied to the house. So maybe I had, you know, life happens, right? So I had a late or whatever that looks like

Rhonda Tolbert
0:12:54
and my cousin is willing to, you know, do that. So my cousin could then... Yeah, they could be a co-borrower for you and help you get that, you know, loan processed and approved. So we try to at least seek that avenue first before we do any kind of denials. And then with me being on board, we'll take it one step forward and Will does it as well, we will, you know, if we can't get you the service you need, we'll patch you on to a nonprofit to see if you meet the criteria for them to assist you. That's wonderful. That's wonderful. Because when these things happen, number one,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:13:25
usually they're unexpected, right? Exactly. And we don't typically have, you know, just wads of cash hanging out to pay for these things. And a lot of times, if you, I don't know, and I'm just going to, I'm going back to HVAC, we're going to HVAC because we're in Vegas, right? You call the service company out and a lot of times they do have financing available,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:13:46
but in a lot of instances, it's very expensive, right? Yeah, the interest rates are a lot higher.

Heidi Griffith
0:13:50
So this is going to be a better alternative in many instances for many people

Rhonda Tolbert
0:13:54
because of that lower rate. Exactly, and that's the thing, we do want people to come to us before they do any other type of financing with whether it be a credit card or even with them, we don't have dealer fees.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:14:06
So there's a lot of different things that we offer that would give our program the leg up on any other program they're navigating.

Heidi Griffith
0:14:13
Yeah, true benefits.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:14:14
Yeah, I really enjoy it. And I think that the people that I've spoken with, even the contractors will tell us that they prefer to come to us first. So it's really good. And we build those relationships with the contractors so that they have the confidence to know That the person that they pass off to us that we really are working to get something done for them quickly as quickly as possible

Rhonda Tolbert
0:14:35
That's great. Yeah, I'm excited and that's why I was bringing Janet with me because you know, we're not just limited to HVAC or you know limited to The roof and stuff like that with the solar for all program that Janet's going to talk about. That program has really inspired what we do, and I think it's going to be a good pivot point for us. Am I right with that, Janet?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:15:00
Yeah. And I kind of also want to add a little bit to the residential upgrade program and something that I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but it is also going to translate into the work we do for the Solar for All program, and that is vetting contractors. That was a big one just because we know how hard it is for people to find a contractor that they trust that does good work.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:15:22
So we have started doing that job. Rhonda will doing that job since the residential upgrade program. So now fortunately to start a lot of these solar projects, we do have some solar contractors on there and we're working to get more. So we do want to invite also any contractors that want to be vetted through the Nevada Clean Energy Fund. The application is online in our website, nevadacef.org.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:15:48
That's actually a great point because that is important because number one, there's just a lot of different companies that you could call. I mean you could obviously go to your phone and go on Yelp and you know it's overwhelming though. I know that I've had to call a plumber out and it's overwhelming. Who do I call?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:16:04
How do I know that this is a great guy? And then they come out and I don't love the job they did. So you guys actually have something that they've got to fill out. You do some checks, I'm sure, right? Yeah.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:16:14
So with our vetted contractors, they are on our website, as Janet mentioned, Nevada, C-E-F dot O-R-G. And when they look on there, these contractors, we have all their credentials and they have been fully vetted by us to make sure that they are licensed

Rhonda Tolbert
0:16:29
and that they do have insurance, you know, workman's insurance, comp insurance and things of that nature. So you're right, it does streamline that process a little bit better like Janet was saying. By us having that list of vetted contractors on our website, it keeps people from having that concern about is this contractor going to give me the best deal, are they going to take advantage of me?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:16:49
That's no, because they're going through us, you know, so when we get those organic leads, they do have that ability. And like Janet was saying to a lot of the business that we get is about 80% of it is from our contractors. But these are contractors that we already have a working relationship with that are vetted and they'll have the clients and does the application and work that way.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:17:09
So it's a mutual back and forth between the contractors and us. And I really am excited for her to tell us about the Solar for All program and what the overall goal is for Solar for All. Yeah, I'm very excited because we have moved out of our design stage and moved into taking intake forms. So we're here.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:17:28
We're here.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:17:29
But the first step, so we're taking intake forms for affordable housing property owners and community solar hosts. solar host. Okay. So, the Solar for All program is backed by a $156 million award that we received from the US EPA.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:17:48
And we were actually, Nevada was one of the states that received a pretty good amount when compared to other states that are a bigger size and received pretty much the same amount as them. Yeah. Yeah, so that's amazing. We do have all these resources and we want people to learn about them and go find out more.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:18:03
But specifically, this program aims to bring solar energy to low-income and disadvantaged households here in Nevada, those disadvantaged communities that haven't seen this capital get to them. Or they see it come to the state, but it never gets to them. So our focus is to really get to these communities.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:18:21
And the program, we aim to reduce energy costs for at least 20,000 households in Nevada. It is a statewide program. Incredible. It really is. And then we also support installations, solar installations for single-family homes, multi-family affordable housing, and community solar projects. So what's a community solar project? A community solar project is for those people that are not able to have rooftop solar in

Rhonda Tolbert
0:18:45
their roofs. So there is someone that owns a building and that is able to put solar and then transfer that benefit to someone in the community.

Heidi Griffith
0:18:55
That is amazing. It really is.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:18:57
It's going to be amazing and I feel this is a very important project as well and we really want to invite people, whoever is out there, a non-profit, whoever owns their building as a business and they want to install solar and help the community at the same time, this is a great opportunity to do it and go fill out that intake form. Yeah, we've gotten a few, we've gotten a few, you know, people that have already reached out. We have a church that reached out and we also have a library that reached out.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:19:28
Wow, that really, I wasn't familiar with that. That is amazing. So yeah, so if anyone has any questions, why don't we get a shout out for the telephone number, website, that kind of stuff for both of these programs.

Heidi Griffith
0:19:40
Yeah, well both these programs.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:19:41
Yeah, so again the website is in CE, I'm sorry, Nevada, cef.org, so that's our website. And so when you go on our website you'll be able to see the form on there. And what's nice about our website, and shout out to Janet, our website is very easy to navigate, very user friendly. And for anyone that wants to call, our contact number is 702-518-0434. Again, 702-518-0434. Great. So, yes, so if you are a non-profit or an individual who's interested in doing this,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:20:15
they can just call, they can go online, they can fill out the application. Correct. We do have the applications only for the host at the time. We don't have it for the subscribers yet. So the Solar for All program, the Nevada Solar for All program has pretty much three components to it. So it's single family homes, affordable housing, and community solar projects. So the single family homes and community solar project subscribers application, they're not going to come until late spring. But we're excited to just take this initial step because we do need these hosts, you know, to put the solar panels on, you know, on their buildings to

Rhonda Tolbert
0:20:54
start generating savings for our community. That it really is a wonderful program. That's exciting. So again, we're not starting right now, but I think we can start that conversation. Yeah. Right now, right? Because spring's gonna happen. I'm gonna close my eyes and it's going to be spring. Like I'm a bear. Yes, and we hope that from now till the spring, we get a bunch of intake forms from the community being interested on being community solar hosts and also wanting to install affordable housing property owners, wanting to install solar panels and transfer those benefits to

Rhonda Tolbert
0:21:31
their tenants. So, we really want to spread the word out and let people know those intake forms are available for property owners and potential community solar hosts. And so what exactly is the benefit to the host? I decide this is something that I want to become involved in. Obviously, I'm helping folks, so that's the biggest benefit, right? But what's the benefit to the host? So NSF provides financial support, apart from like also technical support

Rhonda Tolbert
0:21:58
that they've been doing or we've been doing ever since we were established, even though there was not a lot of money at the beginning, we were doing a lot of technical support around a lot of education on clean energy, but specifically on the financial support, we help with rebates, forgivable loans and low interest project loans to make participants as – the participation as seamless as possible. Yes, I am excited. Janice has done a lot of work on this and I am just excited that she is getting out

Rhonda Tolbert
0:22:24
there and being able to tell everybody about it and that people will begin to use it. And like she said, with RE-UP, we're more single family. And so for us, it's not there yet, but just the community part of it being launched is really, I think, a game-changer. I agree. I'm excited to hear that. Yeah, I'm super excited to hear that. And then if it wasn't enough, everything under the Nevada Solar for All, we're also looking into bringing 900 solar jobs in a span of five years.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:22:53
So, you know, we really do want to expand the clean energy sector here in Nevada and for jobs to stay here. So this is not only an opportunity to lower your energy bill, but it's also an economic opportunity.

Heidi Griffith
0:23:07
Yeah, 900 jobs is huge.

Janet Zambrano
0:23:09
Yeah, yeah, that really is.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:23:10
And that could be any job, right? I mean, there's going to be a lot of different positions, obviously, with that number. Yeah, of course. So the Nevada Solar for All program, we are looking to invest into training and educating contractors. And in that way, we can grow this sector. I love it. I'm excited. I mean, solar is obviously a big conversation here, right? We talk about it every single day. And we know the cost involved. Roland and I have a lot of conversations with potential home buyers that find themselves

Rhonda Tolbert
0:23:44
in positions that they can't purchase a home because the solar cost of it all. I am happy to see that we're now focusing on some areas that haven't been addressed

Heidi Griffith
0:23:55
that deserve it as much as any of us.

Janet Zambrano
0:23:58
Exactly.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:23:59
I'm excited about this.

Roland Daniels
0:24:01
Janet, I do have a question. What about the funding? Is there a projection on how long those funds will be available, whether it be through 2025, going into 2026? Do you have any projections?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:24:12
Do you mean the grant is for five years? The grant, the grant, yes. Yeah, it's for five years. Five years, perfect. But we are working to do some things in between that will allow us to just continue this program even after the grant period. That is awesome.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:24:25
So we're really excited. And, you know, we have fearless leaders here. So you know that's also really good We are just doing the best we can for our community, and you know I really just want to invite those community potential community solar hosts to go and apply and just really start making this Transformation for Nevada that we that we really need. That's exactly, so I know that you recently,

Rhonda Tolbert
0:24:52
well, I'm gonna say recently, this is how quick time flies. I know you guys recently within the past couple of months had kind of an event, right? You guys had. Oh yeah, that's right.

Heidi Griffith
0:25:02
Do you have anything in the future planned that we can let people know about, just to get more information or if there's other things going on?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:25:10
Yeah, so we actually are planning a couple of events. We do have an event in January coming up and that's still kind of in the works of where and what. Okay. But it is for the community so I will definitely be updating you guys and so you guys could update your listeners.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:25:24
But a big focus for the Nevada Solo for All program is community engagement. So we have made sure that we are partnering with local organizations. We do have five community councils that we have built for them to comment on our design phase of the program. And as we're rolling out, have listening sessions with community members.

So we really just want to take a proactive approach with the community to make sure that we're addressing the problems that need to be addressed, that we're educating people on solar, on what it is and what it's not. Because I know there's a lot of mixed information

Rhonda Tolbert

about solar out there.

Heidi Griffith
0:26:00
And it is, and there is a lot of mixed information about solar out there good bad indifferent, right?

Rhonda Tolbert
0:26:05
So solar could potentially be a game changer if done correctly. That's true, right? Mm-hmm If done correctly, those are the words right there done correctly. Yes And that's what we're here to do to try to navigate that process to make sure that solar is done accurately and correctly and installed installed and that people that are getting it installed understand their savings, that they understand the tax benefits that they'll be able to receive. So our contractors, they go over that very extensively, especially with our single family

customers, to make sure that they understand the tax incentives and all the breaks that they're going to get with having that solar. I definitely, the last couple of loans that I've done, I can see the savings because we get that 12 months of their NV energy bills. So you can compare apples to apples. Yeah, I can literally see, okay, this is going to be a true savings.

And this summer was not typical. You know what, 120 days, I mean 120 degrees, we average.

Heidi Griffith
0:27:07
Let's hope it's not typical. Let's hope it's typical.

Heidi Griffith
0:27:09
Let it be typical next year. And you know, like you're saying, you've got contractors who are going over these things. I mean, I think a takeaway from our angles and from what we've seen in the housing market is that number one, you want to make sure that you understand your contract. So it sounds like, you know, you've got people that are actually explaining stuff because that's a big one.

Heidi Griffith
0:27:33
And you know, when you're taking a look at leasing solar, because this is not a lease, right? We're not talking about leasing solar.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:27:39
That's one of those kind of areas that you really want to be careful with. Exactly. Correct. Yeah. And then also we're taking an approach to not just taking to like English language. We also want to do Spanish, but we also are trying to translate our documents into other languages. So our community is well informed about solar. Accessible. We're accessible. That's what you guys, I really appreciate you being here today. We are really close on time. Super duper close on time because wow, this is great information. Again, give us your information. Whoever wants to give us telephone number, website address, please, please. The first box will say Solar for All.

That's where you can get detailed information about what Janet has discussed. Right underneath there, you'll see RE-UP, which is the program that I typically work with day to day. And then the phone number they can contact is area code 702-518-0434. We did have a gentleman call me last week who heard this radio station, and he gave me a call, and I said, how did you hear about us? He said, oh, on KUNV.

Rhonda Tolbert
0:28:51
Yay! Well, let's do this. So I was talking to him. He's actually up in Carson, too, which is really interesting. But I gave him some information, and so he's going to fill out an application for me in a couple of days.

Rhonda Tolbert
